It is now just over a year since the Task Force on Private Provision for Retirement was established. In that time we have produced two reports, The Issues (December 1991) and The Options (August 1992). This third and final report sets out our recommendations, based on the substantial consultation process in which we have been involved following publication of these earlier reports.
